Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send back items without approval, as this may cause delays.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure successful delivery.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at elmira.contact@gmail.com with details.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
